All too often people just aren't paying attention and then it is so very easy to get scammed. Be especially careful on dating sites. It is so very easy because by its very nature you are going to be forced to be open at some point with the other person but at the same time you need to be aware of what they might really be after. Be super careful what you allow them to see and to know about you. If you ever feel uncomfortable, just don't do it!

Organic Traffic Search Engine Loophole Scam

Getting organic traffic to your site can be incredibly difficult. A lot of bloggers and site owner struggle to get organic traffic everyday. This program touts that it has found a search engine loophole capable of delivering thousands of visits to your site.

Does it sound too good to be true? Well let me be the first to say that if it sounds too good to be true then it probably is too good to be true. Have I wasted my money on the program? No I have not. Will I? No I will not. But I would be happy hear from anyone there who thought they needed organic traffic badly enough to use the program.

If this program delivers organic traffic then definitely something I want to come back and post about here - promote and get the word out. After all I would love to deliver quality products if I can find them.

Who doesn't love organic traffic.

Plug-in Profit, Another Way You Can't Make Money

Once again, I am amazed at the absolute silliness that people will put out there to try to get your money. I wandered across this site the Plug-in Profit site the other day. I could hardly believe what I was reading.

First of all the presentation was completely unprofessional. Usually the scam artists are smart enough to polish their act. At least they try to put up a good appearance until they get your money. This guy didn't even bother with that! Just throw some meta-tags on a page and watch the chumps roll in. Forget grammar, punctuation, and proper English. My first impression is that this is a foreign scam artist, not that it matters.

Yep, click on through and you'll get the usual sob story. I was a washed up [dishwasher, teacher, mechanic, insert your a profefssion here], but then I started this program and became a millionaire. Odd how you don't see Bill Gates throwing out a story like this. Invent an operating system an in just a few months you too could be worth millions!

In case you're wondering, I don't actually recommend you bother clicking through. It is a waste of time and money. Do yourself a favor and find a nice blog somewhere (have you given thought to the blogroll). Then go and put $19.95 into your savings account.

I'll be the first to admit that working from home is a great plan. The convenience and freedom that comes from being your own boss is truly wonderful. However, there are a number of ideas out there that are really not a bargain.

Remember a couple of basics:

If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Plans that offer immediate returns with little or no work are lies. Don't be fooled. If you want to earn an income, you either have to steal it or work for it.
Anyone asking for money without telling you exactly what you are getting is scamming you. You don't walk into a grocery store expecting to find aisles full of hidden brown packages. Everything is out in the open where you can see exactly what you are buying.
Do your research. Starting a business, even a home-based business, is an investment in your future and your time. Don't go into it without thinking about it ahead of time.
Advertisers lie. There is a reason that governments pass laws concerning what can and cannot be said in advertising. The reason is simple: advertisers lie about everything they can. Not every advertiser is corrupt, but some are, so always get a second opinion.

Growing a business and making a profit, in every generation throughout time has always involved some simple basic principles. Find a service or product that people want or need, and work to provide the best possible product or service. Any plan that doesn't include those basic ideas is a plan for failure.
